Location: Brookfield, WI (Near 127th & Capitol bus stop)
Position: Part-Time & Full-Time
Starting Pay: $15/hour + great perks

At our Brookfield spa, we combine wellness, relaxation, and exceptional guest experiences. We’re seeking dedicated Front Desk & Wellness Associates who want to grow with our team. This role is hands-on, balancing guest service with cleaning and maintaining a spotless, safe, and inviting environment.

What You’ll Do

Front Desk & Guest Service:

Greet guests and manage check-ins and check-outs
Handle bookings, phone calls, and questions about services
Ensure a calm, professional, and welcoming experience

Cleaning & Facility Maintenance:

Laundry (towels, robes, linens)
Cleaning and sanitizing float tanks and cold plunge
Maintaining bathrooms, vanity rooms, and lounge areas
Mopping floors, wiping surfaces, and removing hair from brushes
Basic water chemistry maintenance for float tanks

Who We’re Looking For

Strong work ethic and reliability
Comfortable with hands-on cleaning and maintenance
Interested in wellness and guest service
Willing to work one weekend shift per week (full-time also requires one evening shift)
Motivated to grow into a supervisory role

Shifts Available

8:00 AM – 4:00 PM
8:00 AM – 2:30 PM
11:00 AM – 7:00 PM
2:30 PM – 10:30 PM
4:00 PM – 10:30 PM
