OUR POLICIES 

For No-Shows

If you do not come to your scheduled appointment, we will charge your card on file for the full amount of the appointment, and a credit (for the appointment length you booked) will be added to your account for you to use within 30 days. If you are one of our Float Members and you do not come to your scheduled appointment, we will remove one of your free float credits from your account, or (if you do not have any remaining credits) we will charge your card on file for the appointment (at the 50% off rate for members) and a credit will be added to your account for you to use within 30 days.

If you have two or more no-shows or last minute cancellations on your account, you must prepay when you schedule future floats. This prepaid appointment is non-refundable and not able to be rescheduled.

Cancellation Policy

If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, you may do so up to 2 hours before the start of your appointment with no penalty. If you cancel less than two hours before the start of your appointment, we will charge your card on file for the full amount of the appointment, and a credit (for the appointment length you booked) will be added to your account for you to use within 30 days.

For cancelling appointments that start before 10am, so long as you call us (you may leave a voicemail message if we do not answer) before the start of your appointment, it will count as an “on time” cancellation.

For Late Arrivals

If you arrive past the time scheduled for your appointment to begin, we reserve the right to shorten your float so that it ends at the originally scheduled time. However, the cost will be prorated.

By Appointment Only

We are by appointment only and cannot accommodate walk-ins. Please call 262-317-9100 to schedule an appointment, or you can book online (see the “Book Now” button in the menu bar!).

Float/Massage Combos

If you schedule a float and a massage for the same day, for our cleaning protocols, we require that you do your float appointment first, and then massage second. Both appointments will happen on the lower level of the Tri-City Bank, so you can check in downstairs. You will have a robe in the float room to wear between the float room and massage room.

Valuables
We recommend leaving expensive watches and jewelry at home because we are not responsible for lost or stolen valuables. For your privacy, we do not have camera monitoring inside the float or massage rooms.
