Going into your float

Arrive 15 minutes prior to your float time for a brief orientation - Arrive 5 minutes early for subsequent floats.

You will be emailed a waiver, but if you need to complete another copy for a friend or partner, you can find that here.

Each of our float suites has a private dressing area and shower, so there is no need to bring a swim suit.

Everything else is provided including shampoo, conditioner, bodywash, earplugs and towels.
Don't shave or wax before your float - The salt water solution may irritate your skin.

Remove your contacts - Your eyes will be more comfortable without contacts or glasses on.

Eat a small meal about 1 hour prior - It will be easier for your body to rest if you aren't too full or really hungry.

Don't drink caffeine before floating - Caffeine is a stimulant and will make it difficult to rest and relax.

DO NOT apply makeup, moisturizer, perfume or spray tan before coming for a float.
DO NOT float if you've dyed your hair in the past 10 days. With red dye, we require waiting 30 days to float.

We've found that red dye can leach out of hair for weeks which can damage our float tanks.

Please arrive 10-15 minutes prior to your appointment time. We will greet you, offer a tour and answer any of your questions; we want you to feel welcome and relaxed.

Once you enter the float room, remove your clothes and all jewelry. Shower to remove oils, fragrances and hair products; all shower and float essentials are provided for you. Please do NOT use hair conditioner until after your float is finished.

After Your Shower

Dry your face to avoid distracting water droplets, insert your foam ear plugs and step into the tank.

Enter The float pool

Go to the center of the look and sit down, the buoyancy of the water ensures that you will float. Once you have your halo pillow ready, recline back into the water. As you recline your body will lift off the tank floor and you experience close to zero gravity on your body! Any color or music selections you have made will turn on automatically.

Exit The float pool

The audio and lights will gently fade on and a chime will sound when your session is complete. Exit the pool, then shower again to remove any salty residue. Once you’re dressed, please exit the room to make way for our next floater.

Relax in our lounge

No need to rush away; continue to relax in the quiet room. Tea and infused water are provided.
